Itinerary

Day 1: HCM- My Tho & Ben Tre | Overnight in Can Tho (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

8:15AM Tour Guide and driver will pick you and depart from your hotel for My Tho city by air-conditioned car/van/bus. In My Tho, boarding the motorboat at a pier and cruising on the Mekong River. Here, overlooking floating houses where fishes are farmed beneath the house (viewing from the motorboat).

• Continuing the journey on the river until reaching Cồn Thới Sơn (Unicorn Island), from here taking a horse cart to reach a performance site where Vietnamese traditional music (Đàn Ca Tài Tử - A folk art form from Southern Vietnam accredited by UNESCO in 2013 as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) can be heard and seasonal tropical fruit can be tasted (included).
• Afterward, being on a small hand-rowing boat (the main mean of transportation in My Tho & Ben Tre) and slowly cruising through a small creek with beautiful overhanging coconut Lives from both sides of the creek can be observed.
• Before heading to lunch, passing through bee-keeping farm and enjoying honey tea, a typical Mekong house can be viewed

12:30PM It is lunch time after a short walk.

• After lunch, boarding the motorboat and heading to learn coconut candies making process from a Sample of candies can be tasted.

03:00PM Returning back to car/van/bus and going to Can Tho City.

05:00PM Reaching Can Tho City, you will be dropped at your hotel.

06:30PM Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Have free time to visit Can Tho Night Market. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 2: Floating Market - Chau Doc | Overnight in Chau Doc (Breakfast / Lunch/ Dinner)

05:30AM Tour guide pick you up and transfer to the wharf to board a motorboat for sightseeing the Cai Rang Floating Market which is the biggest and most colorful floating market in the Mekong Delta’s region.

• After the Cai Rang market, continuing cruising through small creeks to a local noodle factory

7:30AM Transfer back to hotel and enjoy breakfast.

10:30AM Check out hotel and move to Chau Doc Province.

12:00PM Enjoy lunch at local restaurant.

Reaching Chau Doc, you will stop for a visit at Sam Mountain where you can observe the enchanted paddy field and Vietnam - Cambodia border from above.

Back to the Town, hotel check in. 

6:30PM Enjoy dinner. Free night in Chau Doc

Day 3: Chau Doc - HCMC | Overnight in HCM (Breakfast / Lunch)

7:30AM departure to visit Raft village, and to learn the history of development of fishery (a type of specific economic on the river). Then continue by boat along the cannal into the village of Cham where we visit the ancient largest Mosques of Cham community in An Giang and to show a clear distinctive architecture and customs of residents here.

Continue the tour to visit Tra Su Cajuput Forest, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds.

9:00AM driver back Sai Gon through Can Tho. Stop at Can Tho at noon for lunch then continue driving to HCM City. Tour finishes around 18:00 in Ho Chi Minh City Center.

5:00PM Check in hotel in HCMC. Free night discovering Ben Thanh night market.
